Return and Exchange Policy:
Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and labels attached.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of receiving your order. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and include the return authorization number on the package.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit.
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of receiving your order. They will assist you in initiating the exchange process, subject to availability.
The item you wish to exchange must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and labels attached.
If the requested exchange item is not available, we will process a return and issue a refund to the original payment method. You may then place a new order for the desired item.

Returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately, providing photos of the damaged packaging and items, so that we can assist you promptly.
