Ordering and delivery
How long will my order take?
Orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the same day; after 2 pm they go out on the next working day. We are closed on Sundays. Delivery then normally takes 2 to 4 days to most places and 3 to 7 days to more distant and remote locations. We ship with Delhivery and message you with updates as your parcel moves.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free anywhere in India on orders above Rs. 750. Below that, a delivery charge is shown at checkout.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, we ship worldwide from India. International shipping charges are paid by the buyer and depend on your destination. If your country is not available at checkout, message us on WhatsApp at +91 8640 99 9955 and we will arrange it. For wholesale or export enquiries, email meharhijab@gmail.com.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, across India, for an additional Rs. 90 added at checkout.
Sizes and fabric
How do I choose a size?
Our sizes are the length of the garment in inches, not a dress size. Measure a garment you already own from shoulder to hem and match it to our size guide.
Will the colour match the photograph?
We photograph our products as accurately as we can, but screens vary, so expect a slight difference. Fabric can also vary a little between batches.
How should I wash my abaya or hijab?
Every garment carries a sewn-in care label. Follow the instructions on that label – they are set for that particular fabric.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return something?
Yes, within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and unworn with its tags and original packaging. See our Returns and Exchanges policy for the full details, including the photo and video verification we ask for.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, subject to availability. Return shipping for a size change is paid by you.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item, back to your original payment method.

Since 1997. We manufacture in Palakkad, Kerala, and supply over 700 dealers across India.
Do you sell anywhere else?
Yes – you will also find us on Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra.
